Agile is also a mindset, because the right mindset, because the right mindset can make a huge difference in how effectively a team uses the practices. The Agile Mindset Foundation is an entry-level certification intended for IT professionals seeking to validate their knowledge of Agile.
This exam includes topics such as the Agile Manifesto, the Agile Values, the 12 Principles of Agile Software, the Agile Coach, Lean Thinking, Lean Values, XP (Practices, Values, and Principles), Kanban (Principles and Practices), The Design Sprint, Management 3.0, Design Thinking, The Lean Startup, MVP (Minimum Viable Product), The Origins of Scrum, Roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master and Development Team), Definition of Done, Sprint, Scrum Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective), and Scrum Artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog).
The Agile Mindset Foundation certification exam is an online, closed-book, and remotely-proctored exam. It includes 40 multiple-choice questions and the passing score is 70%.
